Which products can I return?

In accordance with Article 9 of the Regulation on Distance Contracts, our customers can return the products they have purchased within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt of the products without any justification and without penalty.

Returns of custom made products are not accepted since it is not possible to use these products again. In case the products produced specially for the person are defective, the product is replaced with the same product.

How can I request a refund?

In your return request, please share the product information you want to return, the reason for the return, and the product image if the product is broken / broken with our customer service. When receiving the cargo, in case the product is broken / damaged due to the cargo, you can prepare a report and return it to the cargo authority.The products you will return must be returned to us with their original box / package and invoice, wrapped in a plastic bag for products that are in danger of breaking.Promotional products that are given as a gift of the product to be returned within the campaigns must also be returned with their original packaging.


During the payment, the customer confirms the accuracy of the information he has specified. Products not received from cargo belong to the user. Products that are not received from the cargo will not be refunded.

How can I deliver my return product to the shipping company?

Can I request a new product or a refund in exchange for the returned product price?

For the product you want to return, we can either refund the product price or send a new product. If the products you return comply with the return conditions, the refund will be delivered to you within 7 days after the product is received by us. For credit card payments, the product price is refunded to the credit card that is processed. You can follow the process of your next bank.
